Messages stay in history · Cards show the latest state

A SIMPLE CONNECTION. A CLEAR DESTINATION.

From your tools to your devices.

Your server brings things together. You decide how information appears.

01

Start with your server

Choose a server and connection method. The installer walks you through setup.

02

Connect your devices

Enter your server address and a device name in the App to connect.

03

Give information a place

Send events as messages. Design states as cards. Keep your existing tools and workflows.

TWO WAYS TO STAY INFORMED

What happened.
How things are going.

A completed task leaves a message. A changing status updates a card. Message history and current state stay separate; data updates preserve your card settings.

A CARD CAN BE MANY THINGS

Make room for what matters.

Fictional examples. Starting points for your own ideas.

Care for a home garden

Keep watering progress on your Home Screen, with a message when it is done.

Follow a long-running task

Photo processing, file backups, and builds can each have a progress card.

Follow everyday goals

Reading plans, personal lists, and everyday counts stay easy to check.

A few things to know

Do I need a server?

Yes. Vao Push uses a server you deploy. It receives messages and data, stores history, and manages device connections. This website is not a hosted server console.

Can I use it without a domain?

You can connect over HTTP using an IP address and port. HTTP does not encrypt traffic; domain-based HTTPS is recommended for public access. The hosting guide explains the options.

Will cards refresh every minute?

The operating system controls widget refresh timing. A server polling interval is separate from Home Screen refresh frequency. Vao Push does not guarantee a refresh every 60 seconds.

Can I download it now?

The App Store release, production push configuration, and public server package are still being prepared. See release status for availability.
